French design expertise

At the core, Studio 6910 is a well thought-out home and an extension of yourself. Located in Montreal, in the heart of the Mile-Ex neighbourhood, our showroom illustrates a subtle blend of modern and classical foundations.

Design that is sober, intelligent and sensuous is our passion and ethos. We collaborate with creators from around the globe to bring ancestral techniques and our personal aesthetic sensibility to the North American realms of architecture and interior design. With a curated selection of textiles, materials, furniture and objects, Studio 6910 provides a timeless, European approach to style that is free from fads.

A Family tradition

Family is at the heart of our thinking. It is the leading inspiration for our creativity. The founders of Studio 6910, Karine Bruneel and Camille Breigeat, are a mother-son duo with a rich family history in textiles. Karine is the heir to the family-run company, Bisson Bruneel, known for its curtain making, design, and distribution of textiles across Europe.

To us, family and home go hand in hand. Our company’s mission is to elevate your home by using our know-how to bring your imagination into your space.

Who we are

Camille Breigeat

Camille is the co-founder and manager of Studio 6910. A passion for design is in his DNA; his family has specialized in quality textile production for four generations. Hailing from St. Barths and Lyon, Camille came to Montreal as a business student and fell in love with the city’s eclectic culture. He opened the doors of Studio 6910 in 2018 with the intention of dedicating space to the trade of materials and life objects created by European companies that share his same passion for craftsmanship and design.

Karine Bruneel

Karine is the creative director and interior designer for Studio 6910. For almost 30 years, Karine has been working in the interior design world, creating places that inspire simplicity, softness and well-being in everyday life. An experience forge by taking over with her brothers the family business Bisson Bruneel and by founding French Indies Design in St-Barthelemy in 2001. Over the years, Karine has developed strong partnerships with suppliers of textiles, wood and furniture. These alliances are essential in design projects that require both technical and aesthetic skills to ultimately make the difference. It is with this same philosophy that Karine has selected partners for Studio 6910 and introduced them to the Canadian market.
