Any defects or damages on a product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Many of our items are made from natural fibres and material and contain slight variations from product to product. Variations in materials such as wood, marble, stone and concrete are natural design features and will not be accepted as reasons for return or exchange. Please keep in mind that colour and material swatches are for reference only.
Items purchased online can be returned within seven days of receipt for store credit minus a 15% exchange fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If your item is not returned in perfect condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
We reserve the right to adjust prices online or at our showroom without prior notice; please be sure to always confirm your final quote with us to avoid surprise costs.
All sale or items sold at a promotional price are final.
